Showtime will be back on air today

ABS-CBN sent an official statement about the come back of Showtime today. Twenty days of suspension imposed by the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) to said program of abs-cbn. But the Kapamilya Network filed a petition in Court of Appeals against the earlier decision of the MTRCB.

After so many days of misery about the suspension of showtime, unexpected 20-day preventive suspension order. The Showtime casts, crews and audiences were filled of happiness after hearing the good news yesterday in the last part of their momentary stand-in show “Magpasikat” which replaced the showtime temporary, ABS-CBN Corporate Communication Head Bong Osorio himself happily dropped by to widely announce Showtime’s approaching return. Apparently, ABS-CBN finally got a hold of the much awaited temporary restraining order (TRO) from the Court of Appeals, which clearly states:

“For reasons afore-stated, and as prayed for by petitioner, let a TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER be issued, as it is hereby issued, effective sixty (60) days from notice hereof, enjoining respondent MTRCB, including any and all persons acting in their behalf and under their command and authority, from continuing to enforce the Preventive Suspension Order dated January 11, 2010 issued against petitioner, pending the resolution of the instant petition.”

In the spirit of self-regulation, ABS-CBN removed Rosanna Roces as a judge in SHOWTIME after she made statements against the teachers in the January 7 live show. But despite this, MTRCB still imposed a 20-day preventive suspension for the program. A preventive suspension is issued to stop further violations, if there were any committed, or for the interest or welfare of the public. Thus, the network questions the need for said preventive suspension when Rosanna Roces has already been removed from the program.

Rosanna "Osang" Roces was removed in the abs-cbn show named showtime but still the show is suspended. Last january 8, the show announced that Roces has been removed as one of the judges in the show. Despite this unnecessary incident, MTRCB slapped Showtime with a 20 day preventive suspension.Meanwhile, you may watch Magpasikat in abs-cbn, the same time, it replaced the showtime temporarily in abs.

Vice Ganda on Wowowee

Last february 14, 2009, vice ganda was one of the guest in willie of fortune in wowowee. As we remember that the life of vice ganda was aired in Maalaala Mo Kaya entitled “Bola”, they said that every comedians have the saddest stories and one of that is Vice Ganda.

For me one of the best among the best comedians is vice ganda base on this video below. Vice was the youngest among the five siblings. He has tow elder brothers who were also a gay.. and because of the that and being the youngest, he was the remaining hope of his father to continue the legacy of their family name, so he was pressured because of that. So he keep his reall gender to keep his family intact. But then because his mother left the country to be a caregiver after his father's death, vice finally express his true gender and express himself openly and because of his talents and preserverance he is now one of the successful and talented comedian in showbiz.
